Foreword

Customers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following guidelines, whereby a customer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction with us that cannot be primarily attributed to either their professional or commercial activity.

 

Right of withdrawal

You have the legally guaranteed right to revoke a purchase agreement concluded with us within 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period of 14 days begins on the day on which you or a third party not named by you, who is not the carrier of the goods, has taken possession of the goods.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Dimitri Ottenbacher, Dachsweg 9d, 26131 Oldenburg, Germany, Tel.: +49 17684556000, eMail: service@stadtbildposter.de) by means of a clear declaration, e.g., a letter sent by post or an email, stating your order information including your name and address, of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The 14-day withdrawal period is already met by our written notification by you.

 

 Consequences of withdrawal

By withdrawing from the contract concluded with us, we are obliged to refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (an exception is additional costs incurred by choosing a different type of shipping than the standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days at the latest, whereby the day of receipt of your notification of withdrawal is the decisive starting point for this period.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the transaction to purchase the goods, unless a separate agreement has been made with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged fees by us for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund until we can confirm receipt of the returned goods or you provide proof that you have returned the goods.

In the event of a withdrawal, you are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you have dispatched the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only have to compensate for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value of the goods is due to handling that is not necessary to check the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers who are not members of the European Union at the time of concluding the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of purchase.

 

General information

1. Please do not damage or contaminate the goods. We ask you to return the goods to us in their original packaging, including accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use additional protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, we ask you to protect the goods from transport damage with equivalent packaging.
2. Under no circumstances should you return the goods to us unpacked.
3. Please note that the aforementioned points 1 and 2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
